1. I aim to provide a reading that assists the client to make empowered choices. I believe we have choice in our lives that contributes to the course of the life path we are on. Tarot and oracle cards are tools that can help us gain clarity and insights into what we want and what choices are best for us to make.
2. I will keep all information exchanged between myself and the client confidential, unless I perceive the situation to be life-threatening or unless otherwise requested by the client or a court of law.
3. I will conduct the reading to the best of my ability, with honesty, and will convey the information I receive in the clearest way possible. I will honestly admit when I am unable to interpret something in the reading.
4. I aim to serve the best interests of my clients and all concerned in an honest manner without causing or intending to cause harm.
5. I do not tell fortunes or predict the future. I believe the future is not fixed and that our choices significantly contribute towards or determine a future outcome.
6. The client is at all times responsible for their own choices and actions and are free to interpret the reading as they choose. They have the right to exercise free will at all times.
7. I will not perform a third party reading where the client is requesting a reading on behalf of someone else, or where the client’s question is focused on someone other than themselves.
8. I welcome all clients regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, culture, education, religion or spiritual beliefs.
9. I will not knowingly do a reading for anyone under 18 years old.
10. I am not a licensed doctor, health care professional, legal practitioner or financial advisor. I will not give advice on these areas and reserve the right to decline questions of this nature. I will recommend clients to seek appropriate advice from qualified professionals on these matters.
11. I will not complete any reading unless full payment has been made. All fees are agreed upon prior to the reading and will not be changed during the course of the reading.
12. I reserve the right to refuse any request or reading that I feel is not in line with my code of ethics or that I feel I cannot sufficiently answer. In this case the client will receive a full refund in the same currency that was charged if payment has already been made.
