Hi there. I'm Wendy.
This class evolved out of a need to bring some sort of structure into my life in the area of self-care, but I wanted it to feel fun, free and creative rather than restrictive. The process I developed allowed me to be true to myself and create a plan that reflected my values, as well as showing me what practical steps I should be including in my lifestyle. I find the visuals of having a road map to follow is an inspiring reminder for myself on a daily basis.

We will follow a 3-step process I developed to dive in and discover what the important components will be for your personal self-care road map. Everyone is different in their particular combination of values, needs, interests, motivations and health concerns.
This class will take you through fun, creative and meditative activities to help you create a visual map, so you too will be inspired to take action on your self-care in a way that is nourishing and meaningful to you!

This is a self-paced class so you can work at your own speed and take your time if you need to work around other commitments. I would recommend you allow at least two hours so you have time for reflection during the process.
Class access is available for the lifetime of the course, which will be a minimum of 12 months.
You don’t need any artistic or painting experience. I will show you step by step how to create your own unique self-care map.
